Hello, and welcome to my portfolio!

I’m Konner Lester, an eager undergraduate student majoring in Computing Infrastructure and Network Engineering Technology at Purdue University. My journey in the world of Information Technology has been an exciting blend of academic learning and hands-on experience through internships.

My Experience

I have had the opportunity to apply my learning in real-world settings through two different internships: one as a System Administrator at Subaru of Indiana Automotive and the other as a Research Support Developer at Purdue’s RCAC (Rosen Center for Advanced Computing).

Subaru of Indiana Automotive - System Administrator:

• Planned and executed ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Developed and maintained ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems for data exchange and workflow orchestration.
• Managed user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Ensured availability, performance, and scalability of on-premise and cloud-based virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Maintained the thin client environment and its instance versions.

Purdue University IT Research Computing - Research Support Developer:

• Implemented a Ceph storage cluster to provide researchers with fast and efficient virtual machines in a high-performance computing (HPC) environment.
